GHADIR HADITH AND ITS NATURE

All the Shia and Sunni ulema acknowledge that, in the 10th of the Hijra year, the Prophet of Allah, returning from his last pilgrimage, gathered together all his companions at Ghadir-e-Khum on the 18th of Dhi'l-Hijja. Some of those who had gone ahead were called back by order of the Holy Prophet and those who had lagged behind were awaited. Most of your ulema and the historians and the Shia sources give the figure of 70,000 people there, and some of your other ulema, for instance Tha'labi in his Tafsir, Sibt Ibn Jauzi in his Tadhkirat'u- Khasa'isi'l-Umma fi Ma'rifati'l-A'imma and others have written that there were 120,000 people gathered there. The Holy Prophet ordered a pulpit to be prepared. He mounted the pulpit and delivered a long sermon, a greater part of which contained the virtues and merits of the Commander of the Faithful. He recited most of the verses, which had been revealed in praise of Ali and reminded the people of the holy rank of the vicegerency of the Commander of the Faithful. Then the Holy Prophet said, "O you people! Have I not the greater claim than you have on your lives?" The reference is to the holy verse "The Prophet has a greater claim on the faithful than they have on themselves." (33:6)

The crowd with one voice shouted "Certainly, O messenger of Allah!" Then the Holy Prophet declared: "Of whomsoever I am the maula, (master) this Ali is his maula." After this he raised his hand and prayed to Allah. "O Allah, be you a friend to him who is a friend to him (that is, Ali) and be an enemy to him who is an enemy to him (Ali). Help him who helps him and forsake him who forsakes him.

Then a tent was pitched by order of the Holy Prophet who ordered the Commander of the Faithful, Ali to sit in the tent. The whole umma was commanded to offer bai'at (allegiance) to Ali. The Holy Prophet said that he gave this instruction in compliance with the command of Allah. The first one to offer allegiance on that day was Umar. Then Abu Bakr, Uthman, Talha, and Zubair followed suit, and all these people continued offering allegiance for three days (i.e., while the Holy Prophet remained there).

Hafiz: Can you believe that an event of such importance occurred as claimed by you and that none of the prominent ulema have reported it?

Well-Wisher: I did not expect such a statement from you. The Ghadir-e-Khum affair is as clear as day and no one but a bigoted and obstinate person would invite ignominy by denying such an event. This important matter has been recorded by all your pious ulema in their authentic books. I should like to mention here some of the names of the authors and their books so that you may know that all your eminent ulema have relied on this hadith.

HADITH OF GHADIR RELATED BY

TABARI, IBN IQDA AND IBN HADDAD

I have related the sources I could remember. But more than three hundred of your prominent ulema have narrated the hadith of Ghadir, the verses of baligh (preaching), kamalu'd-Din (perfection of religion), and the talk in the courtyard of the mosque, on the authority of more than one hundred companions of the Holy Prophet. If I were to relate the names of all these chroniclers, it would form a complete book. This much, however, is sufficient to prove that the hadith is unanimously accepted as true.

Some of your great ulema have written books on this topic. For instance, the well known commentator and historian of the fourth century hijri, Abu Ja'far Muhammad Bin Jarir Tabari (died 310 A.H.), gives complete details of the hadith of Ghadir in his book Kitabu'l-Wilaya and has narrated it through seventy five chains of transmission.

Hafiz Abu'l-Abbas Ahmad Bin Sa'id Abdu'r-Rahman Al-Kufi, popularly known as Ibn Iqda (died 333 A.H.), narrated this holy hadith in his book Kitabu'l-Wilaya through 125 chains on the authority of 125 companions of the Holy Prophet.

Ibn Haddad Hafiz Abu'l-Qasim Haskani (died 492 A.H.), in his Kitabu'l-Wilaya, has narrated in detail the event of Ghadir along with the revelation of the verses of the Qur'an. In short, all your accredited scholars and high-ranking ulema (except a small number of fanatical opponents), quote the origin of this hadith from the Holy Prophet, who declared Ali his vicegerent on the 18th of Dhu'l-Hijja in the year of his last pilgrimage. It is also a fact that the Caliph Umar was the first among the companions to express his pleasure on this occasion. Seizing Ali by the hand, he said: "Congratulations to you, Ali! This morning has brought you a great blessing. You have become my maula (master) and the maula (master) of all believing men and believing women."

GABRIEL'S ADVICE TO UMAR

The Shafi'i jurist, Mir Seyyed Ali Hamadani of the eighth-century hijri, one of the reliable scholars of your sect, writes in his book Mawaddatu'l-Qurba, Mawadda V, that a large number of the companions have quoted Caliph Umar in different places as having said: "The Prophet of Allah had made Ali the master, the chief and the leader of the nation. He announced in a public gathering that he (Ali) was our maula (master). After praying for his friends and cursing his enemies, he said O Allah! You are my witness. (That is, 'I have completed my duty of prophethood.') On this occasion a handsome and sweet smelling youth was sitting beside me. He said to me, 'Verily, the Prophet of Allah has bound with a covenant which none but a hypocrite would break. So Umar! Eschew breaking it.' I told the Prophet of Allah that when he was speaking to the crowd, a handsome, sweet smelling youth was sitting beside me and that he told me such a thing. The Holy Prophet said, ' He was not of the progeny of Adam, but was Gabriel, (who had appeared in that form). He wanted to stress the point which I had announced about Ali.'"

Now I should like to seek justice from you, was it proper for them to break the firm covenant with the Prophet of Allah within two months, to go back on their pledge of sacramental allegiance to Ali, to set fire to his house, to draw swords against him, to insult him, to drag him to the mosque to force his allegiance?

Hafiz: I did not expect that a respectable and cultured Seyyed like you would attribute worldliness to the companions of the Holy Prophet. The Holy Prophet declared them the source of guidance for the Community when he said: "My companions are like stars; if you follow any one of them, you will be guided."

HADITH OF "FOLLOWING COMPANIONS" IS UNAUTHENTIC

Well-Wisher: First I should like you not to repeat the same thing time and again. You have just argued from the same hadith and I have given you its reply. The companions, like all others, were fallible. So when it is proved that they were not infallible, why should one wonder if, with proper evidence, worldliness is attributed to them? Second, in order to clear your mind, I will again give you a reply, so that you may not rely on such hadith in the future. According to the research of your own eminent ulema, this hadith is not reliable, as I have stated earlier. Qazi Ayaz Maliki quotes from your own prominent ulema that since the narrators of this hadith include the names of the ignorant and uninformed Harith Bin Qazwin and Hamza Bin Abi Hamza Nasibi, who have been found to be liars, this hadith is not worth reporting.

Also, Qazi Ayaz, in his Sharh-e-Shifa and Baihaqi in his Kitab, have declared that this hadith is forged and have regarded its source as unreliable.

Third, I never said anything rude, I say only what your own ulema have written. I advise you to read Fazil Taftazani's Sharh-e-Maqasid, in which he states clearly that there are many instances of hostility among the Companions, which shows that some of them had become sinners and tyrants. So we see that people are not to be honored merely because they were companions of the Prophet. Real honor lies in their deeds and character. If they did not belong to the hypocrites but were obedient and faithful to the Holy Prophet they are certainly to be revered and respected. We would apply the dust of their feet to our eyes.

So, you men of justice, do you claim that the many hadith in your own reliable books concerning fighting against Amiru'l-Mu'minin Ali (such as the Holy Prophet saying: "fighting against Ali is fighting against me," are all baseless? Or do you admit that these hadith are perfectly authentic?
Are they not recorded with reliable sources in the books of your own distinguished ulema. We need not mention that these hadith are recorded by Shia ulema with perfect unanimity of opinion in all their books. If you accept these hadith, you must acknowledge that many of the companions were transgressors and sinners, as was Mu'awiya. Umar Ibn As, Abu Huraira, Samra Bin Jundab, Talha, Zubair all of whom rose to fight against Ali in fact rose against the Holy Prophet himself.

And since they fought against the Prophet, they certainly deviated from the right path. So, if we said that some of the companions were slaves to their desires, we were not wrong, because what we said was true. Besides this, we are not alone in holding that some of the companions were sinners, tyrants, and transgressors. We base our stand on the authority of your own great ulema.

IMAM GHAZALI'S VIEW ABOUT COMPANIONS

BREAKING THE PLEDGE TAKEN ON THE DAY

OF GHADIR-E-KHUM

If you study Sirru'l-Alamin, compiled by Abu Hamid Muhammad Bin Muhammad Ghazali Tusi, you would never object to what I say. I am, however, compelled to quote a portion of his fourth treatise in support of my statement. He says: "Proof and reasoning became brighter, and there is unanimous accord among Muslims concerning the text of the address on the day of 'Ghadir-e-Khum' that the Holy prophet said: 'Of whomsoever I am maula (master), Ali is his maula (master).' Then Umar immediately said, 'Congratulations to you, congratulations to you, O Abu'l-Hasan! You are my master and also the master of all faithful men and women.'"

This sort of congratulation clearly indicates the acknowledgment of the Holy Prophet's order, and acceptance of the leadership and caliphate of Ali. But later on they were overpowered by their worldly desires. Love for power and authority deprived them of compassion. They took it upon themselves to appoint a caliph at Saqifa-e-Bani Sa'dat. They wanted to raise the flag of their own ascendancy and to conquer territory so that their names might be preserved in history. They were intoxicated with lust for power. They ignored the injunctions of the Holy Qur'an, and the orders of the Holy Prophet. They sold their religion for this world. What a bad bargain they made with Allah! When the Holy Prophet was on his death bed he asked for pen and ink so that he could clarify the issue of succession. (May God forgive my saying it), But Umar said: "Leave this man. He is talking nonsense." So when the Holy Qur'an and the hadith
could not help them, they relied upon Ijma (consensus). But this is also void because Abbas, his descendants, Ali, his wife and their descendants did not associate themselves with those who offered allegiance to Abu Bakr.

Similarly, the Saqifa men also refused allegiance to the Khazraji, and the
Ansars rejected them also.

Respected people! please remember, the Shias do not claim anything except what your own fair ulema claim. But since you hate us, you find fault with what we say, however reasonable it might be. But you never criticize your own ulema as to why they have written such things although they have in fact revealed the truth and have stamped these realities on the pages of history.

Sheikh: Sirru'l-Alamin was not written by Imam Ghazali. His position was too lofty for him to write such a book, and notable ulema do not believe that this book was written by him.

SIRRU'L-ALAMIN IS IMAM GHAZALI'S BOOK

Well-Wisher: Many of your own ulema have admitted that this book was written by Imam Ghazali. Yusuf Sibt Ibn Jauzi was careful in his references to other scholars (and was also a fanatic in his religion). In his Tadhkira Khawasu'l-Umma, p. 36, he argues from the same statement of Imam Ghazali in his Sirru'l-Alamin and quotes the same passage which I have quoted. Since no comments have been made regarding it, it shows first that he acknowledges this book to be written by Imam Ghazali. Second, he also agrees with his views, which I have briefly cited, although he himself cited them in detail. If he had not agreed with them he would have commented on them. But of course your fanatical ulema when they come across such statements of prominent scholars and find themselves unable to reject them logically, either say that the book was not written by that author, or that it was an invention of the Shias. Or they sometimes even go so far as to say that these just men were all sinners and infidels.

REFERENCE TO IBN IQDA'S STATUS

There is evidence that many of your distinguished ulema were persecuted simply because they spoke the truth. Fanatical ulema and uninformed people of your sect considered it unlawful to read nonconformist books. The authors of such works were even put to death as was Hafiz Ibn Iqda Abu'l-Abbas Ahmad bin Muhammad Bin Sa'id Hamadani who died 303 A.H. He was one of your prominent ulema. Many notable scholars of your own sect, like Dhahabi and Yafi'i, have acknowledged him and said that he had learned 300,000 hadith with their sources and that he was a man of great piety.

At public gatherings in Kufa and Baghdad in the third century A.H., he openly narrated the failings of the Sheikhs (Abu Bakr and Umar.) People therefore called him Rafizi and refrained from quoting hadith from him. Ibn Kathir Dhahabi and Yafi'i write about him: "Sheikh Ibn Iqda sat in the Basra Mosque (a famous Mosque between Baghdad and Kazimain) and narrated the defects and shortcomings of the Sheikhs (Abu Bakr and Umar) to the people. For this reason the hadith reported by him have been rejected. Otherwise there is no doubt about his being a true and pious man." Al-Khatib Baghdadi also has praised him in his Ta'rikh but in the end he says: "Since he described the defects and failings of the Sheikhs, he was a Rafizi."

So you people should not be under the impression that it is only the Shias who expose the truth of these issues. Your own great ulema like Imam Ghazali and Ibn Iqda used to point out the flaws in the chief companions.

REFERENCE TO TABARI'S DEATH

In every era of history there have been many instances of ulema who have been tortured or persecuted on account of their speaking or writing the truth. For instance the well known commentator and historian Muhammad Ibn Jarir Tabari, who was the pride of your ulema, died in 310 A.H. in Baghdad. But because the authorities feared a civil disturbance, they refused to allow his coffin to be taken out during the day. Perforce he was laid to rest in his own house during the night.

NISA'I'S MURDER

Another instance of persecution was Imam Abdu'r-Rahman Ahmad Ibn Ali Nisa'i's murder. He was a dignified man and is regarded as one of the Imams of Sahih Sitta (Six Authentic Books). He belonged to the high-ranking ulema of your sect in the 3rd century A.H. When he reached Damascus in 303 A.H., he saw that, because of the Bani Umayya, the residents of that place openly abused the name of Amiru'l-Mu'minin Ali Bin Abi Talib after every ritual prayer, particularly in the address of congregational prayers. He was much grieved to see this and he decided to collect all the hadith of the Holy Prophet in praise of Amiru'l-Mu'minin with the chain of their sources, all of which he remembered. Accordingly, he wrote a book, Khasa'isu'l-Alawi, in support of the exalted position and virtues of Ali. He used to read to the people from the pulpit the hadith from his book the praises of the Holy Imam.

One day when he was narrating the high merits of Ali, a rowdy group of fanatics dragged him from the pulpit and beat him. They punched his testicles and, catching hold of his penis, dragged him out of the mosque and threw him into the street. As a result of these injuries he died after a few days. His body was taken to Mecca where he was laid to rest. These events are the consequence of enmity and ignorance.

Now I beg your pardon that I have been driven a little far from my point. What I meant was that the position of Wilaya (Vicegerency) of Amiru'l-Mu'minin was not recorded by the Shia ulema alone. Your own prominent ulema have also narrated that the Holy Prophet in the presence of 70,000 or 120,000 people, raised Ali's hands and introduced him as Imam (leader and guide) of the people.

MANUFACTURED INSECURITY SITUATION IN ZARIA

Recent happenings in Zaria have stirred questions as to what the Nigerian and US security apparatus are up to. About two weeks ago a bomb was reported to explode at a school in Tudun Jukun area of the town. This was followed almost immediately by “exchange of gun fire” with “some people” at Danmagaji area. A day or two later there was bomb explosion at Kwarbai quarters in the heart of Zaria city which was followed by officially routing the residence of a Good Samaritan who has been living peacefully with his people.

The following week, about twenty four trucks loaded with security agents armed to the teeth and bulldozers were seen trooping in to the peaceful town. For two consecutive nights a plane was seen hovering over the residence of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky at about 4:00 am at very low altitude and almost crawling speed, perhaps with the intent of bombing the Sheikh’s residence. Reports reaching us from friendly sources indicate that the diffidence situation being feigned in Zaria is to pave way for an unpropitious plan by the US government via their Nigerian mannequins to do away with the revered Sheikh. The report went ahead to reveal that a house to house search will be conducted in some parts of Zaria to serve as prelude to their final assault on Gellesu area where Sheikh Zakzaky resides. This has been confirmed by the fact that for about two days they have started the operation at Fanwanki quarters, where they went about at midnight invading the residences of innocent people. They have already mapped out where Hurras (Muslim brothers keeping vigil) are staying and have planned to eliminate them using silenced guns.

The question is why all these harassments? Zaria has been known for its peaceful nature. It has been and is still the seat of knowledge in Nigeria. The role of Zaria in preserving the teachings of Islam is well known. How it is boarding many tertiary institutions of Nigeria is also recognized. Who then will benefit in plundering the city into chaos and anarchy? How Maiduguri (another seat of Islamic knowledge) has been ravaged and how Kano (the economic centre of the North) has been paralysed all in the name of Boko Haram saga is still fresh in the minds of the Muslims and the whole world. These and many events of their kinds have left nobody guessing as to the fact that somebody somewhere is hell bent on crippling the strategic interests of Nigeria particularly the Northern part of the country.

We know that the US and Nigerian governments are disturbed by the growing influence and respect Sheikh Zakzaky is commanding not only among the Muslims but even the non-Muslims. The recent peaceful protests held against the blasphemous US made film across the country and some other African countries at the instance of his call are clear evidence of this. His is an Islamic movement with its roots fully entrenched in the minds of all conscious Muslims drawing from the fountain of belief and faith. So, no force can crush it.

Isn’t it about time the Nigerian security re-evaluated their thinking towards the Islamic Movement in Nigeria generally and the personality of Sheikh Zakzaky in particular? Have they actually and seriously weighed the likely repercussions of their faulty and hasty decisions to please US? We are watching with keen interest the developments taking place on the security situation being imposed on Zaria. Anyway, on Allah we depend and He is All-capable and All-knowing.

PRESS RELEASE: MANUFACTURED INSECURITY IN ZARIA. Recent happenings in Zaria have stirred questions as to what the Nigerian and US security apparatus are up to.
 About two weeks ago a bomb was reported to have exploded at a school in Tudun Jukun area of the town. This was followed almost immediately by “exchange of gun fire” with “some unknown gunmen” at Danmagaji area. A day or two later there was bomb explosion at Kwarbai quarters in the heart of Zaria city which was followed by officially routing the residence of a Good Samaritan who has been living peacefully with his people.

The following week, about twenty four trucks loaded with security agents armed to the teeth and bulldozers were seen trooping in to the peaceful town. For two consecutive nights a plane was seen hovering over the residence of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky at about 4:00 am at very low altitude and almost crawling speed, perhaps with the intent of bombing the Sheikh’s residence. Reports reaching us from friendly sources indicate that the diffidence situation being feigned in Zaria is to pave way for an unpropitious plan by the US government via their Nigerian mannequins to do away with the revered Sheikh. The report went ahead to reveal that a house to house search will be conducted in some parts of Zaria, to serve as prelude to their final assault on Gyellesu area, where Sheikh Zakzaky resides. This has been confirmed by the fact that for about two days, they have started the operation at Fanwanki quarters, where they went about at midnight invading the residences of innocent people. They have already mapped out where Hurras (Muslim brothers keeping vigil) are staying, and have planned to eliminate them using silenced guns.

The question is why all these harassments? Zaria has been known for its peaceful nature. It has been and is still the seat of knowledge in Nigeria. The role of Zaria in preserving the teachings of Islam is well known. It is also very well recognized as the seat of many reputable tertiary institutions of Nigeria. Who then will benefit in plundering the city into chaos and anarchy? Under our watchful eyes, Maiduguri (another seat of Islamic knowledge) has been ravaged; Kano (the economic centre of the North) has been paralysed, all in the name of the so-called Boko Haram saga. These and many heinous events of their kinds have left nobody guessing as to the fact that somebody, somewhere is hell bent on crippling the strategic interests of  Nigeria, particularly the Northern part of the country.

Sheikh Zakzaky Speaks on the Anti-Islamic Movie
Responding on the global outcry against the recent anti- Islam movie, Leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky disclosed that
 production and dissemination of the movie unhindered was another strategy to institutionalize and commemorate September 11 as a global phenomenon, and portray Islam as a religion of terrorists.
“For this reason, they do celebrate 9/11 yearly with different activities in order to revive it. Two years ago, Terry Jones, celebrated 9/11 with public burning of the holy Qur’an. Two years on, they now wanted to celebrate it with release of video which portrays the holy Prophet (SAWA) in bad manners. They have already produced a two-hour video on this, and posted a 10 minutes clip of it on YouTube and other websites. The clip mocks, insults, ridicules and portrays the Prophet, his wives, Muslims and religion of Islam negatively. The movie  went  a step further to cast a doubt on  the existence of the  prophet of Islam. There is no need for one to watch the clip; it suffices you hear and read about it, as it contains pornographic episode directed by a Jewish-American Film director. We are now making it clear that the 2 hr film should not be released to public.
This clearly shows what they are after. They called Muslims terrorists and sometimes they say adherents of Islam are terrorists, and now they have gone  beyond having terrorists in Islam; it’s the prophet himself  insulted and portrayed in bad manner. What does this means? Few years ago, a Danish insulted the Prophet in a cartoon, yet the enemies of Islam insisted that they have freedom of expression to say whatever.
By continued insult on the holy Prophet, it became clear that they are fighting Islam. To them,  anything which symbolizes Islam such as beard, turban, prayers , Qur’an,  is associated with terrorism. They are openly equating the Prophet with terrorism.  They have drawn a red line, which removed any doubt that terrorism means the holy Prophet, so also the Qur’an and religion as a whole.
Now it is incumbent upon every Muslims to express that he/she is a Muslim who testifies to the oneness of God and the prophethood of Muhammad (SAWA). Failing to do so means lack of concern and care for the religion and the Prophet; his/her concern will in turn be with enemies of Islam; he is the supporter of the US. We have to express our sorrow and to show that the Prophet has honour and holds exalted position in our minds. The matter shall not be allowed to pass away without any challenge on our side.
It has become evidently clear that US and Israel are the producers and financiers of the crude film, as they supported it ; it is not an individual handiwork,  as they asserted. They provided protection for the film  producer .They neither condemn its production, nor did they express concern about its dissemination, instead, they are only concerned with their staff in various embassies. They are busy  giving their citizens full protection to the extent that warships were positioned in Libya in a record time. This shows that warships were already stationed there before the event. Their enmity is clear as well as their target and mission-fighting Muslims and their religion.
Despite their claim of freedom of expression, we know that there are some laws they used to promulgate against expressions that hurt their feelings. If they are sincere about  this, they should stop the release and circulation of the complete Film as it will cause serious repercussions greater that the one sparked by the 10mins clip.
To our surprise, France and Germany immediately y made laws banning anti US protests in their countries. However, they neither ban the showing of the film, nor did they condemn it. Instead, they banned anti-American protests!
Here in Nigeria people thought that we would also come out to protest on Friday, but we did not. This is because we are in country led by American stooges who promotes its agenda, and even work for it. The government and its various organs and agencies are working for America. For example, Nigeria had an agreement with China before on roads project, however, America stopped Nigeria from implementing the project. Likewise, Iran/Nigeria agreement on electricity was stopped by America. Let them know that America will never benefit Nigerian leaders in anyway. We have a government which only serves American interests, which always look for pretext to attack and kill Muslims.
On the other hand, we are in a poverty-stricken society with ignorance and emotions in which the people may go beyond limit in a protest. While protest is only organized to express dissatisfaction; not killings and destruction of property.
Protests were recently organized in Lebanon by Hizbullah comprising of all Muslim groups including Christians. They matched all along street with common slogan of “Labbayka Rasulullah” . this is the type of protest we want to organize which will include all groups of Muslims. The protest can be held any day, not necessarily Friday as Nigeria is also a country of lovers of the Prophet (SAWA).
Our message to the stooges of America is that our protest shall surely take place. So, the blood thirsty stooges who serve American interest shall have the chance to kill. We are ready to die for the Prophet, and we want you to show that you are enemies of Prophet(SAWA) by killing his lovers. Our common slogan is “Labbayka Rasulallah”. This is the symbol of unity, so all Muslims shall express their concern with us. One  is either with the Prophet or with the enemies.

PRESS RELEASE: ANTI-ISLAM FILM: WE CONDEMN BLASPHEMY ON OUR HOLY PROPHET(SAWA)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficient, the Merciful  Peace and unquantified blessings  be upon our Noble Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), who came with a Message that is a blessing to mankind. A great catastrophe has befallen the world when from the country of the Great Satan (United States), an Israeli was commissioned to produce anti-Islam film that mocked and ridiculed Islam, Prophet Muhammad and followers of this great religion. The film, apart from outward mockery on tenets and beliefs of Islam, presented Prophet Muhammad in a display of an unspeakable immoral  manner and personality. Similarly, the release of this movie at this material time, was a move to institutionalize September 11 event as an annual ritual to portray Islam as a religion of terrorists.

No doubt, the filthy hands of enemies of Islam is once again restless and becoming impatient and frustrated with the daily-increasing radiance of Islam and Holy Qur’an in the present world. They therefore targeted the most sacred and luminous figure among the world sanctities with their disgusting nonsense. Had they not backed the previous links in this evil chain, namely Salman Rushdie, the Danish cartoonist, and the US pastors who burnt the Holy Qur’an; had they not made orders for production and world wide dissemination of many anti-Islam movies to companies affiliated to the Zionist capitalists, things would not have lead to this great and unforgivable sin today. The enemies of Islam have approached the red line, by their blasphemous stance, hence no Muslim should assume a position of neutrality on this all important issue. You are either with the Prophet or with his enemies and the enemies of Islam.

No doubt, the complicity of the Zionist regime and the US government has become glaring in their unresolved fight against Islam. These suppressive regime backed and financed production and global dissemination of the movie, made no effort in bringing the culprits to book. Rather they are busy with arrogant pursuit of vegeance for their burnt embassy in Libya. If their claim of not being involved in production of this film is true, we demand them to bring the perpetrators of this hideous crime and their financial backers, who have wrenched the hearts of Muslim nations, to face a punishment proportionate to this great crime. At the same time, a clear unreserved apology be publicly made to the Muslim world and any other person offended by the film, while its circulation be stopped and blocked.

 Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) is a Prophet for all Muslim nations, irrespective of ethnicity, race and geographical boundaries. It is therefore incumbent for all Muslims and right thinking people to express their anger without violence to life and property. Like in other Muslim countries, we the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sayyeed Ibraheem Yaqub Zakzaky and the entire Muslims of this nation have come out in peaceful demonstration to condemn this dastardly act, as people who love and Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) in lofty status.

We are aware of the covert operations of agents of America in Nigeria, who are bent on defending American interests all cost. They should know that, we are ready to defend the personality of our Beloved Prophet with the last drop of our blood.

A waccan Waki'a an cabke 'yan uwa kimanin 20. ciki har da masu shekaru 60-70. ciki har da Mahaifin Wakilin 'yan uwa na Garin Alh. Suka yi masa Mummunar duka, wanda hakan ya sanya ko ji da Kunnen sa baya iya yi.laifinsa shi ne ya ce zagin Manzo [S] da kayi a Kafancan, da kama Sayyid Zakzaky [H] zalunci ne.kuma dole a saki Malam [H].
Tun da ma wannan Hakimi ya yi kaurin suna wajen dukan masu Wa'azi tun yana tsiga.  kuma shi ne ya haddasa rikicin da ya faru a Kurami, da unguwar na-bukka, da kakumi. wadda a wancan lokacin ya yi sanadiyyar kama 'yan uwa kimanin 21.  ciki har da Liman Ali u/nabukka.da wani babban Malami na Kurami mai suna Malam Umar. shi ma bamu manta dashi ba. kuma matukar ba ya tuba ba ne  watan watarana sai ya amsa tambayoyi.
Tarihin wannan harka ba zai taba mantawa da Garin Bargi ta Jihar Kano ba.da irin Ta'addancin da akayi a Garin.domin a Ranar 26/10/96 ne wasu gungun 'yan tauri karkashin Jagorancin wani dan tauri Alh. Na-dabo suka shirya wani harin Ta'addanci don gamawa da 'yan uwa na Garin.
Sun yi Nasarar Shahadantar da dan uwa Shahid Malam Abubakar a kan hanyarsa ta zuwa Markaz.inda suka auka masa da duka, da sara. wanda a sanadiyyar haka washe gari ya yi Shahada. haka kuma sun yi kokarin halaka wasu zababbun 'yan uwa kamar haka Wakilin 'yan uwa na Garin Malam Yahaya. sai Sa'idu galadima. sai Sa'idu namadi. da kuma Malam Ado.
Cikin Jagororin da suka shirya wannan Ta'addanci har da Lawal mai gora. Hafizu. da Malo. wannan duk ya faru ne a lokacin Janar Abaca.
Na tuna Ranar 29/10/96 Ranar da 'yan sanda suka dira a Masallacin Tudun-wada Kaduna. inda Shaik Dahiru Usman Bauci ke gabatar da Tafsiri. suka shiga antaya Tiyagas a daidai lokacin da 'yan uwa ke gabatar da Ta'alim.  bayan 'yan uwa sun fita sai suka shiga Masallacin, suka kwashe lasfikokin 'yan uwa guda biyu, amfilfaya, da kuma Rediyo. da lasifikar Masallaci. da Darduma. da Agogon bango.da Gadajen wani Dillalin Gadaje da ke wajan. da Injin Oyal din wani mai sai da Injin Oyal a wajan.suka loda a wata babbar Mota mai lamba kamar haka KN 71 K. kuma sun tafi da Malam Bashir Sufi.da Malam Habibu Kakuri. wannan duk ya faru ne a lokacin Mulkin Abaca, da Hamid Ali.
Ba ni mantawa da wani kamu na babu gaira bab dalili da 'yan sanda suka rinka yi a Garin Kaduna a watan Jimada Thani 1417. a wannan rana da misali karfe 12 na dare suka kai hari Markaz, suka kama 'yan uwa 6. daga cikin su akwai Malam Ibrahim  Mujahid. da Malam Haruna. da Malam Yakubu. da Malam Yahaya Alaramma. bayan sun yi musu mummunan duka.
Daga baya sun kama Malam Umar dan-ja bayan gama Fri Khuduba.haka kuma a badikko sun kama wasu 'yan izala biyu haka siddan bayan sun yi farautar 'yan uwa basu samesu ba.  sun je gidan Malam Ibrahim Yaro suka yiwa Matansa dukan tsiya. daya ma sai da ta kwanta a Asibiti. suka kuma kwashe masa 15,000.  sun je wani Gida suna neman Malam Aliyyu bakin ruwa, shi ma basu sameshi ba.sai suka sace masa riga, da kudi 20,000 da wani ya bashi ajiya.
Sun dira a Unguwar Sanusi cikin dare.inda suka kama 'yan uwa 8. cikinsu har da Malam Kabiru Usman. da wasu Mata biyu su ne Malama Amina Mujahid. da kuma Hadiza.
                       Na tuna tsohon Kantomar Mulkin Soja na Katsina na wancan lokaci Samuel Bitrus Chama. wanda ya dira akan 'yan uwa, da kamu, Duka, da Tsarewa a Kurkuku. Akwai wani Malam Sabo da ke cikin Katsina. Jami'an tsaro sun je Gidansa da misalin Karfe 3:00 na dare. suka kama shi. a Garin Huntuwa ma kamun ya tsananta a wancan Lokaci. cikin wadanda suka kama har da Malam Bashir Imam. da Abdurrashid. da  kuma Malam Gambo mai kunun Bara'a.
Sa'annan kuma a wata Juma'a Mataimakin kwamishinan 'Yan sanda Akilu Bakori ya jagoranci 'Yan sanda sun kai wani hari. inda suka kama ;yan uwa kimanin 30 a wancan lokaci 1417. inda bayan bugunsu da akayi aka sako su.
Haka kuma a wata Juma'a 'yan sanda sun kaiwa 'yan uwa na Dabai hari, sun bi gida-gida suna kama su.haka ma a Garin Danja sun kai hari. inda suka kama Mutane da yawa.sa'annan a Gora da ke Karamar Hukumar Manumfashi 'yan sanda cikin farin kaya sun yi awon gaba da Dan uwan da ke tunatarwa a Garin. Duk wannan ya faru ne a lokacin Mulkin Chama, da Abaca. kuma bamu yafe ba.
Shi ma Kantomar Mulkin Soja na Jihar Zamfara na wancan Lokacin Jibrin Bala Yakubu ya shiga sahun yi wa 'yan uwa Ta'addanci. inda a Ranar 4/11/1996 'yan Sanda suka dira a Talatar Mafara, suka Cabke 'Yan uwa kimanin 15. cikin 'yan uwan da suka kama a harin da suka kai da rana tsaka har da Wakilin 'yan uwa na bakin Kasuwa Malam Musa Umar.
Duk da wannan Bala'in Jarabawa da 'yan uwa na Kurkuku suke ciki a ko ina a Kasarnan a wancan lokaci, sun aikowa da 'yan uwa na waje sako. inda suke kiransu da kada su sassauta.
'Yan uwa daga Garuruwan Malumfashi. Funtuwa. Bakori. Mai ruwa.  Layin Na-bukka. Daura. Jibya. Mashi. da sauran su. sun aiko da sakon cewa ko daidai da rana daya kada a sake a sassauta.
Haka su ma 'yan uwa da ke Kurkukun  Garuruwan Kadunada Zariya sun aikowa 'yan uwa na waje da kada su kuskura su sassauta ko daidai da rana daya.
A ranar 4/11/1996 wakilin 'yan uwa na Garin Jibya Malam Iliya Musa ya kai kansa ga D P O Bna 'yan sanda.
Tun kafin wannan Rana dai 'yan sandan sun yi ta bin Gidajen makwantan Malamin suna cin Mutumcin su da sunan wai suna neman Malamin. a irin haka sun kama 'yan uwa kimanin 13.
Sun azabtar da wani Malami mai Wa'azin Turmi. domin ya gayawa masu sauraronsa cewa  '' Malam Zakzaky [H] ne kadai cikakken masoyin Manzon Allah a Kasar nan. akwai radi-radin cewa 'Yan kungiya ne suka gayyato akazo aka yi wannan Ta'asar.
Har yanzu ba mu manta da Alh. Salisu Tulu na Unguwar bawa ba.da irin takurawa 'yan uwa da yayi. shi da Bagargajiyen Garin mai suna Ibrahim Bature. ba ni mantawa da Ranar Laraba 3/Rajab/1417. inda  inda ya sanya 'yan banga suka dinga dukan 'y an uwa Malam Zakariyya, da Malam Aminu hayin gada sai da suka kai kasa a Masallacin Juma'ar Garin. bayan sun gama dukansu suka mikasu ga Jami'an tsaro aka wuce da su Saminaka.

Kafin wannan Rana 'yan sandan suna tsare da wasu 'yan uwa 7 da suka kama su. 'Yan uwan kuwa su ne  Mall. Buhari Wurno. Mal. Bello A Bello. Sheik Khalid.  Alh. Namadina. Alh. Mustafa. Tukur Fadaru. da kuma Dakta Musa. [wani babban likitar kashi a Jami'ar Dan Fodiyo]. Sidi Munniru.Dahiru Umar. Abubakar Tudun Jukun. Bello Tela. da Shehu Tambuwel. Dukkansu an tsaresu a Ofishin 'yan sanda a wancan Lokaci.
A ranar 20/10/1996 'yan sanda ta da tarzoma suka dira a layin nabukka a Garin Huntuwa ta Jihar Katsina. suka kuma rusa Makarantar Fudiyyar Garin. a wancan lokaci bincike ya tabbatar da cewa an yi wannan danyenaikinne bisa Umurnin Mataimakin Kwamishinan 'yan sandan yanki Funtuwa Akilu Bakori, yaya za mu manta da wannan?.
Ko-da-kowa ya manta da Magajin Ganuwa Zubairi Ali [LA] da ke Kuraye a Karamar Hukumar Rimi ni ba zan manta dashi ba. sabo da sanyawa da yayi aka yiwa 'yan uwa mata biyu fyade. don haka muna binsa bashi.

Wadanda sukayi Shahadar sune Shahid Malam Muhammad mai Kasuwa, Goronyo. Shahid Malam Ibrahim 'Yarrimawa. Shahid Malam Umar Takuri, 'yarrimawa. da Shahidiyar farko a wannan Harka Malama  Aliya 'Yarrimawa.
Shi Shahid Malam Muhammad mai Kasuwa Goronyo yadda akayi ya yi Shahada shi ne Wakilin 'Yan uwa na Garin Goronyo Malam Aliyyu Adamu Takakume yana cikin yin tunatarwa a Masallaci kamar yadda aka saba sai ga wani dan saddu wai shi Abu Yudi [UD] ya nufoshi da wuka tsirara zai caka masa. sai Shahidin ya shiga tsakanin. ai nan take  Abu UD ya cakawa Dan uwannan wukar a ciki, kuma nan take ya fadi yayi Shahada.
Su kuwa Shahidan 'Yarrimawa yadda akayi sukayi Shahada shi ne 'Yan uwa na cikin yin Ta'alim a Masallaci sai ga 'yan sanda sun kawo hari. daga zuwansu sai suka shiga antayo musu Hayaki mai sa Hawaye. zuwa can sai suka shiga aiko da Harsasai cikin Masallacin.
                               Ana cikin haka sai Harsashi ya sami Wakilin 'yan uwa na Garin, Shahid Malam Ibrahim. sai ya cewa 'yan uwa an harbeshi. sai dan uwansa na Jini Shahid Malam Umar Takuri ya kawo masa dauki. ai nan take shi ma suka harbeshi. a wancan lokaci sai Dattijiya, kuma Shahidiyar farko a wannan harka, kuma Mahaifiyar Wakilinj 'Yan uwa Shahid Malam Ibrahim Malama Aliya ta nufo wajan da abin ke faruwa.ko tausayi babu, haka 'yan sanda suka bude mata wuta, inda nan take tayi Shahada.

An tuna mani da Ranar 18/9/1996 lokacin da 'yan uwa suka taru a Kaduna don yin Muzaharar nuna kin yarda da Zagin Manzo [S] da wani arne wai shi Monday Yaknot yayi a Garin Kafancan, da kuma nuna kin yarda da kama Malam [H]. a wannan Muzahara 'yan sanda sun Hallaka Mutanen da har yau babu wanda ya san adadin su. kana tsammanin an Hallaka Mutane nawa?. ka san Lokacin?. kana wajan?. to har yau babu mahalukin da yasan yawan Adadin Mutanen da aka Hallaka.wasu su ce 30. wasu 40. wasu 50. kai gasunan dai.kuma duk a lokacin Hamid Ali [KKK]. da kuma Abaca.List din 'yan uwa yananan a gare su. na Mutanen Gari ma yananan a gare su. watan watarana kowa zai zo ya baje abinda ya sani game da wancan Ta'addanci. ni kaina shaida ne. na san [KKK] ya Shahadantar da Dan uwana Shahid Muh'd Sani Sufi. kuma ba zan taba yafewa ba.
Tarihi ya riga ya rubuta Barden Jema'a Alh. Ya'u Kafancan. sabo da irin Gudummawar da ya bada a wancan lokaci. aka rinka bi Gida-gida, da wajajen Sana'o'in 'yan uwa ana kama su.
                       SAI NA AZABTA 'YAN SHI'A. Inji Hamid Ali Gwamnan Jihar Kaduna na wancan Lokaci. ya ci-gaba da cewa ''Zan kuma yi amfani da Matsayin Kaduna cibiyar Arewa, in sanya Gwamnoni su takurawa 'yan shi'a''. ya ci-gaba da cewa '' A tarihin shiga ta aikin Soja, tunda na fara, har zuwa yanzu ana turani ne domin yin bincike. na sha azabtar da masu taurin kai. kuma in biyar dasu yadda nakeso, ko yadda akeso. babu wadda ya taba gagara ta tunda na fara. yau gani-ga 'yanm shi'a''. inji Hamid Ali. ya fadi hakane a wani taro na Jami'an Soji.

Ana cikin haka sai Azzalumar Hukuma ta sanya aka rushe Cibiyar Musulunci ta Bekaji dake Jihar Adamawa.

             Kuma sai ya zama sun yi Sallama da cewa Malam yana nan?. A daidai wannan Lokaci na fito na tambaye su cewa me suke bukata?. na tambayi Jagoran nasu wai shi Muktar.sai yayi bayanin cewa wai sunzo da takarda ta Izinin   binciken Gidan Malam. wsai na karba na karanta. a ciki wani Majistre ya sa Hannu ranar 10/9/1996.cewa wannan ''Search Warrant'' ne, wadda aka basu Izini su binciki Gidan Malam wai ana neman Makamai.

Sai muka ji daya daga cikin su ya yanka ihu.da muka ce masa yaya?. ashe wai daya daga cikinsu ne wanda yake dauke da bindiga ya hangoshi ta daya bangaren, har zai daukeshi da harbi, don shi ya dauka dan uwa ne. to ashe dan uwansa ne.  sai ya dakawa dan sanda tsawa yace yana tare da su, da wani abu mai kama da haka. to sai dai Allah ya kiyayeshi a lokacin. in ba haka ba da ya harbeshi a lokacin.
Sannan kuma kamar makwabtan Malam su ma an bincike Gidajen su, duk dai don neman Makamai. bayan sun gama sun tambaye ni wai ina nake da zama?. na zo na nuna musu. suka zo suka yi bincike har kimanin awa uku, duk sun duba ko ina da ina. sun laluba to amma basu samu biyan bukata ba.
